    Refunds will not be given

    We value your business and whilst we aren’t responsible for the quality of the product by the manufacturer or the experience itself we will do everything we can to act as a liaison that can assist to find the most favorable outcome for you. So, if something major has let you down help@hstdeals.com and we’ll do all we can. If a refund is the only option, Home Shopping Trends reserves the right to offer all monies as store credit.

    We offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 0559025618, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of purchase date.

    Any products you wish to return http://www.hstdeals.com needs to be notified within 48 hours of taking delivery. Items returned must be returned as sold which means tags and packaging must not have been removed.http://www.hstdeals.com shall make the final decision on items accepted for returns.

    All items returned will incur a return fee of Dhs.18.00

    Any items returned back not in the original packaging with tags will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the item price.

    Please Note - We do not offer cash refunds

    For Products:

    In an effort to get products to the customer in the quickest time possible, products are dispatched for delivery automatically with the issuing of the respective voucher. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on products after the customer has received the voucher as the product will have already been dispatched for delivery.

    Product Warranty: Unless specifically mentioned in the deal, products are not covered by warranty.

    Defective Products: Will be fully refunded upon the customer returning the product to Groupon within 7 days of receiving, conditional on the item(s) being unused and in original packing condition

    For Services:
    Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we’ll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date.     Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to help@hstdeals.com, or call on our business phone at 0559025618

    E-mail cancellations must contain the following:

    First name,

    last name,

    order number, and

    e-mail address.

    This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you.

    If we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

    Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.

    However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
